Will I receive any notification to guarantee my purchase?

What happens if during the DELE program I decide not to take the exam?
Don’t worry: you don’t lose your money. The pending classes will be suspended until you are able to take the exam. We will resume the classes when you decide.
Which video-conferencing platform will we use?
The sessions will be by ZOOM. You will receive a link to join the meeting.
What do I need to do the DELE Program classes?
You must have a device with a camera and audio system. You will also need a stable Internet connection. Check that everything is working properly before the class.
What happens if there are problems with the Internet connection and the class cannot take place?
In that case, the suspended session will be held at another time, agreed upon by all parties.
In order to guarantee the quality of the DELE Program, if the problem is with the student’s connection and is repeated in each class, a solution will be adopted between the parties for the rest of the Program.
