When I purchase my lesson pack, will I receive a notification to guarantee my booking?
Yes, immediately after payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Subsequently, within 24 hours, the teacher Carmen Teixeira will contact you to answer any questions you may have.
Which video-conferencing platform will we use?
The sessions will be by ZOOM. You will receive a link to join the meeting.
What happens if I can’t attend the classes? Do I lose the money?
No, if for unforeseen and justified reasons you cannot attend the Spanish Programme (15h.), we will study the possibility of incorporating you in the next meeting or of exchanging the amount paid and not accrued for individual classes at a timetable chosen by you.
I want to sign up, but the group of 5 people for the current call has already been completed, what can I do?
Write to [email protected] and indicate your interest in taking a Basic or Intermediate Spanish Programme (15h.). We will study a solution for you.
What do I need to enter a Basic or Intermediate Spanish Programme (15h.)?
You must have a device with a camera and audio system. A stable Internet connection will also be required. Check that everything is working properly before the class.
What happens if there are problems with the internet connection and the conversation session cannot take place?
If the problem originates with the teacher Carmen Teixeira, the suspended session will be held at another time, agreed by all parties.
If the problem is with your (the student’s) connection, the session will have to be held for the other students in the group as well, thus losing the session held. However, we will study each case and consider the possibility of offering, if possible, a solution.
